Here at Coinpanion we strongly believe that the right person-position-company fit plays a crucial role in our mutual success. We aim to find the best fitting candidates, but at the same time, we do not want to overwhelm you with a lengthy hiring process. We keep it fast, simple and transparent.

How We Hire

We want to ensure a smooth candidate journey and a meaningful employee experience. The hiring process is the 1st step of the way and it represents our company and our culture.

1st Interview

Our dedicated HR team will screen your CV. They will check if your education, work experience and skills match the position you’re applying for. If so, you will be contacted to schedule the 1st Interview with HR.

Challenge

If after the 1st interview we see that you may be a good fit with the function and Coinpanion, you will need to do some tests – either online or in our wonderful office. The type of test will depend on the position you are applying for and the skills needed.

Final Interview

If you’ve passed the test, we will invite you to the last selection round – the final interview with leadership and HR. We’ll take this opportunity to learn more about you and your interest to work at Coinpanion and clarify all the questions you might still have.
